Three staff members were recently recognized by the College of Education at The University of Iowa.
Jan Warren, Administrator for Student Programs, received the prestigious Audrey Qualls Commitment to Diversity Award. This is the second time that Jan has received the Diversity Award. Jan’s career has been defined by a commitment to diversity and equity. Jan has not only led efforts at the Belin-Blank Center but has been active at the university and community levels. She chairs the University Human Rights Committee and has been on boards /organizations focusing on issues regarding women and minorities. The award is a fitting recognition of her work and values.
Bridget Pauley, secretary at the Belin-Blank Center, was recognized by the College of Education for 15 years of service. Bridget is responsible for support services for our many student programs. She is well-known and liked by the numerous students and teachers who have been through the Center programs for the past 15 years.
Josh Jacobs, Network Administrator, was recognized by the College of Education for 5 years of service. Josh is involved with every aspect of technology at the Center and is connected to all the programs. He is also responsible for the Belin-Blank Center website.
