The Iowa Online AP Academy staff will be at the National Association for Gifted Children Convention in Phoenix, Arizona this week from November 12-15, 2015 to share more about IOAPA! We will be sharing more about the IOAPA model, how to determine if middle school students are prepared for IOAPA courses, and information about future directions for IOAPA in our presentation entitled Online Advanced Placement and Above-Level Courses: Bringing Opportunities to Rural Middle and High School Students (see page 66 of the convention program for a full description). Come and check us out on Saturday, November 14 at 8:00 am!
Other staff from the Belin-Blank Center will be presenting on other research and work that we have completed over the last year (a full list of convention programming can be found on the NAGC website). We look forward to seeing you in Phoenix!
